- Appointments and Payment
Service appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text.
We reserve the right to charge a service call or dispatch fee for sending a technician to your location.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit and debit cards, and digital payment platforms such as Zelle and Venmo.
- Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least two hours before your scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment or failure to be present at the service location may result in a cancellation or service call fee.
- Warranty and Liability
KeyHub Locksmith provides a limited 30-day warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified in writing.
This warranty becomes void if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, third-party work, improper installation by others, or physical damage not caused by our technician.
KeyHub Locksmith is not responsible for damage caused by forced entry prior to our arrival, pre-existing mechanical or electrical failures, aftermarket parts, or improper use of locks, keys, or remote devices.
